Who can apply
Ab-initio students with zero hours. Student pilots in training. Pilots holding only a Private Pilot certificate. Pilots who completed both PPL and IR at The Pilot Port.
Flight training. Aviation solutions. The Pilot Port Pipeline. Three doors into the same airplane — tell us where you're trying to go and we'll meet you at the runway.
Walk-around. Weight & balance. ATIS.
The day starts dark on the line at Fort Lauderdale Executive. Cowls open, oil checked, fuel sumped. Not a sim. Not a slide deck. The airplane you fly for your private and your instrument is the same airplane the school operates every day — a Cirrus SR20 on the ramp at KFXE.
Flight training, two ways in.
Open-enrollment certificates — Private, Instrument, Commercial, CFI/CFII — for any pilot who wants to learn at KFXE. Or apply to The Pilot Port Pipeline, our defined cohort course for students who want to operate fleets.
Both paths fly the Cirrus SR20 fleet at KFXE with AeroTech ground school built in. The difference is structure: open-enrollment vs cohort, and where it leads — solo career or fleet operations.

A Part 61 school at KFXE. SR20 fleet. Structured certificates from PPL through CFI/CFII. The same airplane every flight. The same instructors. The same standards.
Plus the Pilot Port Pipeline — a defined cohort course that produces independent CFIs, not just certificates.
Open Flight TrainingFleet management for owners. §91.23 dry lease structuring. Contract pilots and charter-adjacent pilot supply. Refurbishment programs. Maintenance solutions. AeroTech as the in-house tech layer.
Each engagement is scoped per client. Not a productized SaaS. Not a brokerage.
Open Aviation SolutionsWhere the two halves meet. A defined cohort that takes ab-initio students all the way to independent CFI — with maintenance, owner relations, and break-even economics built into the curriculum. TPP as mentor.
Pipeline detailTrain. Operate. Or both. Tell us where you're trying to go and we'll meet you at the runway.
Personal flying. Family trips. Bahamas runs. Time in the air for the sake of being in the air.
Open Flight Training →Build the certificates that get you paid to fly. PPL through CFI/CFII, on a real schedule.
Open Flight Training →The Pilot Port Pipeline — independent CFI cohort with mentorship, maintenance, owner relations, and break-even economics built in.

The Pilot Port Pipeline.
A defined cohort course for students who want to operate fleets — not just fly them. Ab-initio through CFI/CFII on the SR20, with operations and aviation business curriculum built in. Limited intake. Waitlist only.
Ab-initio students with zero hours. Student pilots in training. Pilots holding only a Private Pilot certificate. Pilots who completed both PPL and IR at The Pilot Port.
Pilots holding both Private Pilot AND Instrument Rating from a school other than The Pilot Port. The course is structured around our SR20-specific curriculum — incoming PPL+IR holders don't fit the cohort flow.
Not eligible for the Pipeline? The four open-enrollment certificates (PPL, IR, Commercial, CFI/CFII) are still available. Same SR20, same instructors, different structure.
Final eligibility, prerequisites, course duration, intake schedule, and pricing are posted before each cohort. The waitlist gets first access to the requirements when they drop.
The Dispatch.
A magazine, not a blog. Real teardowns, real lease structures, real checkride prep. Written by people who fly the airplane and run the operation.
